      Retroactively lowered commissions that were already earned

      To be VERY clear Client Executives signed a new comp plan in January 2021 and on 03/29/2021 they sent an email saying that commission we had already been paid / earned was going to be lowered. Additionally many people had their quotas raised for calendar Q1. People are seeing thousands to tens of thousands of dollars already paid to them being taken out of their next check. The reasoning given was that the company paid out $5M more in Q1 commissions than they anticipated.

      People Matter and it Shows

      Pros

      I have never worked for a company that stood so strongly with its Corporate Culture. It is a breath of fresh air to work for an employer that sees me, the person, and me the professional and I am welcomed. If you thrive on positive recognition and confirmation of a job well done - Insight has gratitude built into its organizations DNA. Since Insights business offerings are so robust there is so many learning opportunities built within that is freely shared. This is one of my biggest Positives.

      Cons

      My only con is the lack of financial recognition. Bonus structure doesn't exist for all groups.
