      Messaging from upper management is messy and confusing. Recent business decisions are cause for concern.

      Forward-Thinking Management with Insincere Leadership

      Pros

      Leading the market and aiming to be where the market is going with confident and competent leadership and strategy. Heavy investment in corporate culture and leadership training. Technologically advanced and leading edge. Good advancement opportunities for the well-connected.

      Cons

      Upward praise (true or not) stroking leadership egos is expected and commonly practiced. "Family" and "Teams" seem to be hollow personal sentiments to leadership beyond the corporate culture programs. Executive pay and shareholder reward are far favored well more than employee value. Change is only sourced from the top with little value placed in the frontline experience. Constant change of organizational and management structure makes for difficult team building, recognition, and career building.

      Remote flexibility, wonderful people in high-level contributor positions, great resume builder

      Cons

      High school politics, people promoted to roles where they then stop contributing (Peter principle), cliques and backstabbing, no training & development
