Huge company, at times can feel as if it is hard to navigate resources Micro Managing and unrealistic expectations

Pros

Lots of training, fun work environment, manufacturer relationships can often get you swag like suites or floor seats to local sporting events.

Cons

Too many team meetings and training which cut into selling time, commission structure changes quarterly and the new plan is fed to sales as "better than before", different "buckets" required to hit quota (hardware, software, services, etc.) which don't take into account changes into IT landscape such as declining hardware purchasing and SaaS/Cloud, managers play favorites and can be petty by changing books and territories on reps.
