There is not much positive to say.

Cons

Low pay, terrible benefits, management always changing what the focus is. The company claims to uphold its core values, but their actions tell a different story. Long-time employees are being sacrificed purely to boost the stock price, which is both disappointing and unacceptable. It's distressing to see hardworking employees pay the price for the executives' poor management.

Good Vacation, Mediocre Pay

Pros

Good vacation policy, very generous parental leave policies. Lots of teammate resource groups (women, LGBT, veterans, etc.) Annual raises Training and certification budgets Internal training platform

Cons

HDHP, constant reorgs that often result in reduced commissions for the sales side of things. Annual raises are 1-3% Pay is really not competitive with similar companies. Skewed benefits - all bonus benefits like company trips, are almost exclusively given to sales. Sales teammates get preferential treatment in all areas.

Insight also offers a wide variety of different training programs for teammates who want to learn other areas of the business or master certain skills.
