Too many to list. Despite being a publicly traded company they are heavily influenced by an activist investor that made a sizable investment, I believe it was $800M. I’m is a company largely composed on several acquisitions over the years, most of which seem to never have been integrated into “One Insight”. Lot of different sub cultures and different ways to do things. Very poor leaders who have been there 10+ years and not capable to support the transition the company is trying to achieve.

Corporation that only cares about stock prices not employees. So many good people run out the door because it is a thankless environment only interested in GP and someone you never met’s bonus. The sales people are Dell cast offs, usually not very bright and unappreciative. The services management are a bunch of slave traders running a body shop and burning people out. Terrible benefits and wages well below market rate. Rampant Nepotism. Depressing environment. Raises do not keep up with cost of living. Regular lay offs. Mandatory Wellness Program violates the law. When you ask for more money because you are underpaid by thousands of dollars, “we don’t have a bucket of money” is the response - yet profits are through the roof. Nobody questions that massive numbers of employees quit then they do not backfill the roles. Awful. Homelessness would be better than working at Insight.
