Pros

They offer PTO and sick time. That’s literally the only good thing about them lol

Cons

They only care about profit. They actively lay off as many US teammates as possible so they can replace them with works from the Philippines. They CONSISTENTLY break compliance regulations and contracts agreements with clients. If a client has a contract that can only be worked by a US teammate they disregard it and have teammates from the Philippines work on projects AGAINST the wishes/regulations that the client has in place. Finance is awful and upper management will harass you verbally (sexual harassment). Promotions are only given to teammates that have unprofessional relationships with their managers and not on merit. Worse company ever. CEO is corrupt and doesn’t care about human beings. Please stay away.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are deeply concerned by the serious issues you have raised. We take allegations of harassment, unprofessional conduct, and retaliation extremely seriously, as they are in direct violation of our company policies. We have a zero-tolerance policy for such behavior. We strongly encourage you to report your experience through human resources or anonymously through our ethics hotline so we can conduct a thorough investigation. Similarly, the claim that we are breaking compliance regulations and client contracts is alarming. Breaches of this nature are contrary to our core principles and business agreements. We urge you to provide specific details through our confidential channels so we can take immediate action. We acknowledge your concerns regarding organizational changes. We are continuously evolving to meet our clients' needs, and we regret the impact these strategic decisions can have on our valued team members. We are committed to improving how we manage and communicate these changes.

Lacking management

Pros

Fully remote or hybrid depending on where you live Relaxed management Decent PTO Overtime available Good work life balance if you choose it. Management work life balance is non existent but that's not forced on most people, there's just a bad culture around that.

Cons

Relaxed management- there is no quality control for employees, so get ready to do all the work for your coworkers because most of them do nothing and get away with it, because barely anyone in the company cares enough to do their job, including management. No raises beyond 1-2% a year, underpaid from the start comared to industry standard Holidays expected Management at all levels are hypocritical about many things including time off for holidays (you'll see someone say you have to work Christmas day and then tell you they have off for the entire month of December) The company is actively trying to replace US employees by underpaying workers in lower cost of living countries The company only cares about outward appearances and not at all about its employees at any level, and that shows in the lack of care and outright refusal to do any work at every level of the company The only changes you'll see made by management will be ones made in poor taste, and nothing can be done to reverse them Summary: This company is basically the poster child of silent quitting. Outlook: Complaints from clients about our company having very little quality control are going to be flooding in soon if they haven't been already, and there are no changes in the future to fix this

Pros

Day-to-day folks are a pleasure to work with. Love being a leader of people.

Cons

Recent comp changes for managers and soon to be sales reps is awful. VPs/Seniors are held to little to no accountability. Front line takes the blame.
