      Pros

      Great work life balance and relax environment. This place is a good place to start your career. Exposure to the corporate world.

      Cons

      Pay is not nearly as good as other companies with the same title. Try to kill you will kindness to make you stay.

      Not easy to move to a different position within the company.

      Benefits are reasonable, but could be better Salaries are based on Arizona markets, lower for other markets for equivalent positions
