Pros

They hire almost anyone for sales with or without sales experience. You do not need a background in computers they will teach you everything that you need to know.

Cons

Everyone thinks its not their job pass it to this person and it keeps getting passed and nobody does anything. They hire the good ol boys for management and if you are not part of the Good Ol Boy club you fall into the sheep category according to middle management. HR says the Good Ol Boy Club has been a problem for years and they just dont see that changing sorry. Exact words expressed to me :-)

While the number one way to find a job is through a referral, at Insight we treat all candidates the same. For each role we review performance and experience. 5-year strategic vision of the company. Strong Executive team. Core values that are demonstrated in our teammates beyond our walls.

Cons

A few of the internal systems including current CRM tool. Disconnect between some internal departments on business efficiencies; some improvement needed.

-Currently implemented a leadership program to align leaders in the organization, hopefully this will improve some of the leadership skills throughout the company -Re-brand led to great change -Work/life balance is exceptional depending on dept. -Great teammates!!!! -I have an AMAZING manager

Cons

-Recently went through a RIF letting go valuable team members -High deductible medical plan -Advancement is a challenge -401k is not great -Global offices have been resistant to change and often push back making global alignment a challenge
