- Flexible schedule - Great support - lots of resources for learning - tons of opportunities for bonus if you know where to look - Great benefits

Cons

- base pay is not great - system is a bit convoluted and takes a while to learn - hard to know who to reach out to for certain solutions

Hourly pay could be a little more for the demand at times, but not awful
