      Pros

      The people are what make Insight a tolerable place to work.

      Cons

      Always cost cutting, they do not value the time each person puts into their job. Individual contributors and lower management are expected to work on endless projects, attend endless meetings, with no time for actual work to be done. If you want to feel what it's like to be burned out, work here.

      Pros

      The bonus structure is wonderful! The environment is not horribly toxic.

      Cons

      The leadership is petty if you voice any opinions even if you are top leader in sales on your team you are treated differently. You are micromanaged badly. You get hardly any vacation time. They will pit team members against each other to boost sales. I've worked for 4 major IT companies with amazing environments no micro managing no petty drama.
