The pros do not outweigh the cons after 5 years...

Cons

Unless you're part of the mgmt club there is no forward progress, paths to career advancement or increase in salary, even to keep pace with inflation (from the pov of non-mgmt or non-exclusive roles) is NON-EXISTENT. There is always a reason as to why career advancement is stifled, yet senior and executive level personnel make more, with profit sharing, increased salaries and stock options.

Distracted vision and poor management and vp level. Too many leaders wanting to focus on stock holders instead of clients
