Good Company - lots of layoffs

Great company with good pay, wfh and opportunity for advancement

Cons

Overinflated growth projections resulting in layoffs and cutbacks to various departments Management seems to only care about their job security. There is no coaching or mentoring to improve within the role, just an unrealistic expectation that you onboard and are fluent in processes and procedures before your 3-month mark. Wfh causes a disconnect between employees and doesn't allow for fostering real relationships or connections with peers. No real networking events for the employees. Most are cancelled or have budget cuts that only allow for AZ local employees to partake in.
