A lot of great people bogged down by confusing standards

- There's a lot of genuinely nice and knowledgeable people here. - Decent benefits. - They invest in your education and growth in your career. - Consulting structure leads to ample opportunity to experience new tools.

Cons

- Huge focus on being billable at all times, but there's no guarantee that you will be, nor do you have direct control over it. Bonus is tied to being billable, so if a project isn't found for you, then you're actively losing money. - Harsh re-org's without explanation from upper management leave you guessing and paranoid if you'll randomly lose your job.
