      They never fail to disappoint...

      Pros

      Good people to work with. I enjoy my coworkers.

      Cons

      Management has no clue due to promoting within the good old boys club. Poor benefits. They talk about wanting to retain employees but do the opposite through their actions. The "fun commitee" tries REALLY hard but has no company sponsorship and support. Unfortunately EVERYTHING is about the bottom line. They don't consider employees as an asset.

      Don't Even Think About It!

      Pros

      There were some great people in office. They were flexible during COVID.

      Cons

      They are a publicly-traded large corporation. As a result upper management (since the most-recent CEO took over) spends their time figuring out how to cut costs to appease shareholders and fatten their own wallets. Several quiet layoffs out of the blue - zero morale left as they sent most of the sales ops positions over to the Phillipines where the pays is 1/4 - 1/3 what they had to pay U.S. employees. I can tell you from my experience that customers are not going to like that one bit as there are a majority of folks overseas who are very timid and inexperienced.

      Company does not live up to its core values.

      There is not much positive to say.

      Cons

      Low pay, terrible benefits, management always changing what the focus is. The company claims to uphold its core values, but their actions tell a different story. Long-time employees are being sacrificed purely to boost the stock price, which is both disappointing and unacceptable. It's distressing to see hardworking employees pay the price for the executives' poor management.
