      Lack of assistance from management and excuses made from Management when your asking for help.

      They take their values very seriously - great ethics I have been supporting SAP for 2 years and every day I learn something new from my clients.

      Cons

      Nothing to say.great company to work for!!!! I’m very happy to continue to learn while supporting Insight!!!! Nothing to reimport as a Con.

      Wish it would have worked

      Pros

      Passionate co-workers, fast paced, challenging, great benefits, fun activities for team building and appreciation, I really wished that it would have worked.

      Cons

      No formal training, middle management not familiar with the work their employees are doing. Middle management engages in rumors. I was threatened by my manager not to go to HR. I had accepted a transfer and my manager made a point to tell my new manager an exagerated rumor to ensure no clean slate. New employees are told not to talk or associate with whoever is the target of the bulling at that time. HR is powerless against the office bullies.
