      Pros

      -Awesome management in ICS -Quarterly bonus that adds up to 5% of your salary EOY -If you bill >80hrs/mo on the road, you get a $800 travel bonus for that month

      Cons

      There are really 2 different companies here. There is the nationwide Insight, and then there is the Texas region. Texas region works their guys to DEATH and keeps them on the road for long periods of time. The working conditions are long hours for days on end, with a 2 day break at home in between. If you want an awesome career at an awesome place, Stay away from the Texas region/ITS. If you can get on as an ICS person somewhere else in the Nation, it's an amazing place to work.

      Is there really anything positive to say about a company like this?

      Do not work for this company. They will only hire friends and layoff employees with no warning at all even with nothing but positive performance reviews throughout.

      Need to get management.

      Pros

      Work place environment was fun and co-workers were awesome.

      Cons

      VERY low pay for the amount of work they expect you to do. Management in customer service dept have no experience and make horrible decisions. No time for family life, always have to work holidays as they cannot schedule right. Insight is not a bad place to work for entry level positions but thats it, there is no pathway to advance your career.
