I've had a nice experience with Insight during the pandemic era 2022 to 2023. Remote work, free Grab ride from home to office and even got a signing bonus after our training. Stress free environment

Cons

Used to be a good company to work with until they hire several unnecessary supervisors and team managers who micro manage our every move. Since they came, our annual increase dropped from 1500 Philippine peso to 600 pesos only. You heard it right, 600 pesos, we all know you cannot feed your family with that amount. I wonder where the generous amount went? Is it because they used all the profits to pay for these supervisors who does the bare minimum for the team? Some of my teammates were supporting 5 clients/accounts at the same time and might add some even more if they noticed that you are doing good handling all of them at the same time

The technical folks on the services side are great.

Cons

The company is run by salespeople, making everything feel transactional. Getting assigned to a project is random, and layoffs aren't based on skills but rather on luck. Pay raises are minimal, and promotions are nearly impossible, as leadership seems to find any way to hold employees back. The company culture feels like a façade, with little investment in its people.
