      competitive compensation for sales staff

      Cons

      * constant churn of go-to-market strategy * poor communication on major initiatives * company's service offerings have little to no delivery resources behind them to support the sales volume. * no real AWS service offerings

      If you need job it will provide you with a steady paycheck.

      Cons

      Compensation is low. Politically charged and passive aggressive culture. Benefits are not great. Bad business strategy is driving rapid decline.

      Company only cares about its profits

      Pros

      - Remote - zero micro management (at least from my manager) -work life balance

      Cons

      - CEO each quarter gets 1000-10,000s of stock options worth millions then tells the working class employee we dont have budgets for merit increases - no upward growth opportunities - the company has zero care about its employees. - consistent payroll issues. if the company underpays you they will wait 2-4 weeks to fix. if the company overpays you they will CLAW BACK the money from your bank account within hours/days. If this effects your banking situation they do not care... its the employees fault for not catching their mistake sooner. - upper management is completely twofaced and fake.
