Over past 12 months:
- Multiple rounds of layoffs, layoffs with no warning, and additional layoffs after we were told that they were done doing layoffs.
- Drastically reduced amount of PTO
- Saved PTO will not roll over to next year
- Saved PTO will not be paid to you if you resign or are terminated
- Starting in 2025, you only get half your PTO for the first half of the year then you get half of your PTO for the second half of the year
- Made changes to bonus structure that effectively reduces the bonus amount
- Team has low utilization due to sales deals not closing
Also:
- Health insurance coverage and cost is not good
- If you care about diversity, this is definitely not the place to be.
- Stock price is down 30% over the past 1 month, so probably more layoffs to come
