Completely disorganized, organizational model completely didn't work. Supervisors literally hijacking agents from other teams to support their client base with no regard of the impact. Very shady practices, even in a call center type environment.

Very low annual pay increases (< 3%) Seniority means nothing to them. After more than six months of promises that the acquisition (Insight was acquiring a competitor) that we were involved in would not impact ANY positions in Tempe, 38 employees were laid off the day after the acquisition went through to make room for employees of the acquired company. 98% of those folks were in senior positions (and over 40 years old). I was at almost 16 years with the company and < 3 years from retirement went let go. I have been "over experienced" and unable to find employment ever since.
