      Pros

      Hybrid remote, depending on position. If you live in AZ, there are a lot of extra incentives.

      Cons

      I worked for this company for 8 years. After accepting a promotion, I was laid off within 6 months. If you're not in AZ, your compensation is not on par with those that work at HQ. Company does NOT keep their promises.

      Pros

      The presales at Insight is outstanding and the front-line managers really try hard to support their teams.

      Cons

      The leadership is very clueless on how to view sales teams. They do not care about the reps at all. They change comp plans in the middle of the quarter, they take 2 months to roll out goals and then they are so messed up that you cannot go back so you end up losing income due to those errors. The internal system is sooooo slow. Sometimes days and even weeks to get orders processed. This company is made for large enterprise customers. So any mid-market business is an afterthought. STAY AWAY. You will live longer.

      Pros

      You get to work on new products, depending on your boss you can take off as long as you have time. it's a good stepping stone I supposed, it's repetitive work unless you go above and beyond and even then your manager might hold you back.

      Cons

      Will promise you a raise then make up all the excuses why they can't, this happened more than once. I can go on and on.
