Sales gets perks, operations gets work

Pros

HQ office is fun, vendor events, volunteer opportunities. Fun perks for sales and sales support. Good opportunities to move within the company.

Cons

Operations is in a different building that's quiet and boring. Tempe doesn't like WFH. End of quarter, month, year you work late (sometimes to 10pm or later) to make numbers.

There are numerous volunteer groups that employees can participate in, which is a wonderful benefit. In regards to your working schedule during the critical times, please have a conversation with either your manager or HR Business Partner to see if there are any accommodations that can be made so that you aren't having to work so late in the evenings. There maybe some other options for you. Thanks again for the feedback.
