Pros

The developers at Insight/Cardinal are very smart and easy to learn from. They give a lot of opportunities for personal development and training. Some of the projects are run very well and can be a great experience to work on.

Cons

You could be stuck on a bad project. They will tell you that if you are unhappy on a bad project they will move you off, but it could take months to get moved off a project. Expected to bill 40 hours and work extra for other Insight activities.

Cons

The pay is a little low compared to the industry. No real defined path fro promotions or raises. Many people leave for pay reasons.
