The executive team is fantastic and readily available to listen to feedback. My manager definitely promotes a work/life balance and flexible schedule environment although I've heard that can very by department. Very supportive of professional development as well.

Cons

The company is global but doesn't always operate that way which can be frustrating when working with peers across the company.
