Pros

If you value your personal life as much as professional life this is the place for you . Very flexible with hours and they understand how important family life is away from the office. Not the mention Insight matches 6% on your 401k, which is top notch.

Cons

Commission/Bonus plan seems to change yearly

If you are there a long time, you are take care of.

Cons

Position not thought out and no way to succeed * Failure appeared to be the only and desired option by teammate / manager * No action taken toward a very difficult and unkind teammate who literally got away with verbal murder * No training plan outlined * No onboarding outlined * No success plan put in place * Direction given by opposing individuals

Pros

Nice people with some company events like a field day and occasional food. Free coffee in break room.

Cons

Pay, trust, treatment. THey confiscate all your stuff when you enter, and you get it back when you leave.
