Cafe, flexible work hours, location

Cons

That department is wildly unprofessional and is a turn and burn internal agency. If you want to be a work horse, this is your place. No thoughtful approach to anything, just moving things in and out. If you are looking at a role here, please look elsewhere. You’ll be much happier in the end. Your a butt in a seat, not a valued contributor.

Good company to work for with great technologies and flexibilty

Flexible work schedule Latest technologies Well managed teams

Cons

Benefits seem poor. 3% for the first 6% of your contribution to 401k does not seem competitive. And the vacation is not great. For a senior guy with 20 years of experience, 2 weeks doesn't seem good.

Pros

This job is very flexible with an understanding management team. The workplace is extremely inclusive and you are able to get to know your co-workers personally. It is a large company with the feeling of a small intimate group.

Cons

There can be a lot of change but it is all geared towards improving the business and work environment.
