Pros

My management allows me to do my job. They provide room for growth and education. When I need it, management provides support and rallies the team to attack when appropriate. Great experience and I am loving it.

Cons

No real cons as with any company there is a focus on travel and expense policy, and they are very serious about their time frames. If they say an expense has to be submitted in 60 days, you can be sure they mean it. However, that is running a company and being financially responsible. But that is the closes "con" I can think of.

A Decent work life balance.

Cons

Extremely patriarchal culture. Onboarding is atrocious. Management is not savvy, they've been around a long time and have too many friends at the top.
