Cons

Marketing leadership doesn't provide direction. Autonomy is good but not when you get penalized.

Company values are very strong - modeled by leadership and embraced by teammates. Company has evolved from its roots 30 years ago and is positioned well for changing IT landscape Non-political environment and leadership alignment is solid Fun place to work with Bring your Dog to work day and many unique benefits

Cons

Large organization so communication could always be better Some teams outside of Tempe feel disconnected at times Always room for improvement in "benefits" when competing with smaller companies in "start up" mode
