Pros

Insight is an ok place to work. In the 3+ years I’ve been here, there does not seem to be a huge turnover rate. So that’s a plus. They do have unlimited vacation- but that’s only for director and above. It’s nice to have the ability to work remotely.

Cons

The training dept could use some real help. Everything is online courses - new employee, refresher, everything. Makes it hard to learn your job. The pay is most definitely not up to industry par. Lately, it seems they keep “restructuring” which then affects the comp plans. They will give you a guarantee but, nothing tracks: it’s so hard to figure out what tin should be paid for. They tote their Hunger. Heart and Harmony culture but it seems to fall flat. They seem to have a ton of career opportunities, but only open to those who they deem are “worthy”.

Cons

Health benefits could be better - High deductible plans are expensive

Hiring Review at Insight

Pros

The interview process was extremely casual, easy and stress free, yet very professional. I enjoyed the conversations with the interviewers and the recruiter. They all set me at ease and accentuated the wonderful Corporate Culture at Insight and this has been my experience thus far. I really love this company and I am enjoying opportunity at Insight.

Cons

I freely accepted a lower starting base salary, but between the quarterly bonuses and accreditation incentive plans, I project that I will be close to my previous base, and this is so worth it to work as such a wonderful company with a great culture, people and benefits.
