Insight - Great Entry Tech Sales Job

Pros

- You're able to make a ton of money if you work for it - During training, they take the time you know enough before being put on the sales floor - The company demonstrates its values day in and day out, I love the culture here

Cons

- It's very virtual. I wish we had more opportunities for in-person experiences. My position is technically hybrid and I can go into the office whenever I want, but not many people choose to go in (always less than 10 people in a sizeable office)

Pros

I've work for a lot of large companies and most talk about core values but it doesn't translate into reality most times. Insights culture and people are truly different. They practice what they preach and I sincerely enjoy coming to work everyday. It's rare and I haven't had the pleasure in many years. The new HQ facility is absolutely amazing!

Cons

The building is rarely full. Most teammates still work from home.

Great place to work!

Pros

Fully remote, supportive team, open communication, great culture, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. I always have the resources I need to successfully perform in my role and whoever I reach out to has been helpful and pleasant.

Cons

The only con I can think of is when my equipment first got delivered, I was missing a couple of things. Even in that aspect, I had a spare keyboard and mouse at home in the meantime to use and it was easy to reach out and get what I needed and it was shipped quickly.
