      Pros

      Good team work in consulting services teams, decent benefits, opportunities for advancement, and excellent exposure to many types and sizes of customers.

      Cons

      The industry is in turmoil and Insight is going through changes. This is a good thing, but only if you can handle change well.

      Thank you for your feedback. The industry that Insight competes in is a very fast-paced, and ever-changing environment. Changes happen often and Insight is a company that is able to adapt to the constant changes which allows Insight to retain it's competitive edge within the industry.

      Great atmosphere The SLT buy into making improvements for employees Good facilities, including recently improved canteen Commitment to local charity - we have raised a lot over the last year for our charity Flexibility with working hours

      Cons

      Hard to get a pay increase when an established teammate but newer people tend to be given higher salaries
