      Pros

      good salary, company wants you to work for them, nice people, growing company/opportunities.

      Cons

      make sure to confirm your job responsibilities with your direct manager/lead before you join because it can differ what is mentioning in the job description benefits are not that generous (vacation/sick days you don't get rite away - that you need to accumulate)

      Great people, good company, poor conviction

      Pros

      Within the regional offices, there are some fantastic people and fun personalities. The base pay is competitive and there a lot of unique contests and ways to add money to your bottom line. Reasonable expectations regarding work / life balance and generally well-respected in the industry.

      Cons

      As you get higher up the food chain, I think you find some of the familial atmosphere fading as upper management seems to have their own agenda and values stakeholders and stock price over employees. The vision of the company seems to turn on a dime when there is a rough quarter and the hammer comes down. 401k match is sub-par even after a recent benefits increase. Mergers and acquisitions are not messaged well internally and have created a TON of internal confusion.
