      There can be some long hours, but the Insight team is great to work with.

      Pros

      Insight provides an atmosphere that is truly based on teamwork. Everyone always comes together, supports one another and helps each other. The Austin office especially feels like family,. You are not confined to traditional thinking. You are allowed to think outside of the box and be creative in how to deliver the right solution and services for your customer in order to meet their unique needs. The management team supports their teammates and is very close to them and their work. Insight also offers great opportunities to grown their skill set through both formal and on the job training. Insight understands how important it is for teammates to grow and develop, both for them and for their clients.

      While healthcare benefits cost less, the paperwork and sometimes be burdensome
