      Great team dynamic and culture, fun place to work with lots of activities and things to win, M-F hours - no weekends or holidays!

      Cons

      Not necessarily different than most companies these days but I wish the benefits were better (high deductible plans). No maternity leave. I do know they are working on it though.

      Lots of great people, good training opportunities, knowledgeable subject matter experts

      Cons

      pay isn't in line with the industry, full market support is only provided in certain areas, market-based pricing for services is difficult to get for customers, global support is challenging internally and externally, really great employees are lost because of these things
