      Account Executive Montreal-Great Experience! But you have to want it.

      Pros

      My time at Insight was short, but the amount of knowledge and skills I gained in my short time there will help me for the rest of my career. The managers here really want you to succeed and really give you everything you need (and more) to succeed, it's just up to you to take it and run with it. The opportunities for networking with industry leaders (Microsoft, Apple, CISCO, Dell, HP...etc) are endless and the spiffs and partner sponsored lunches are the cherry on top. The training program is terrific and the sales training management team is a great group of people to work with. It is a hard job though, and its defiantly not for everybody. But like I said; they give you everything you need to succeed its up to you what you do with it.

      Cons

      There are good and bad in every company, but the good out weighs the bad at Insight. The turnover at the beginning is high which can be demotivating. Getting started is the hardest part, but the longer you stay, the better it gets. It's a not an easy job and it's not for everyone. But if you really want to succeed at Insight your hard work will pay off greatly.

      Good Work culture, Competitive remuneration, Established customer base, Friendly Teammates.

      Cons

      They can Hire and Fire anytime. Annual reviews are not transparent. Parking facility is available only for managers and rest are on their own.
