Sales team I worked with was great! The Partners are great and easy to work with. I felt I could really make a difference there and own my business.

Cons

The marketing team was very clicky and hard to get along with, felt like I was in high school. When the VP came in, she made life awful. A lot of people left after me. I see a lot of marketing jobs all the time. Seems like they can't keep people.

Good resources industry leader in certain targets. Cisco Microsoft hp and dell all have onsite presence. Good support relaxed atmosphere. Typically regional and vertical alignment

Cons

Typical middle management focus on metrics more people concerned with maintaining their position than advancing as a team . Pay changes every year and commission structure is designed to keep you happy at 40
