      Pros

      Complete Autonomy "running your business". Leadership helps when applicable to make sure you can work efficiently. Executives from HQ truly care about the success of our location.

      Cons

      Starting with complete "White Space" accounts is a challenge with a limited portfolio. Backend processes are cumbersome when they could easily be fixed to help streamline business.

      Challenging work, quality co-workers

      Pros

      Challenging fast paced IT environment. Outstanding co-workers, lots of opportunities to succeed. IT Management is very supportive and shows concern for employees well being

      Cons

      sometimes too much going on at once. The employees have to be able to manage many tasks at once so if that is not to your liking then Insight may not be a fit for you

      Occasionally Free lunches from Partners - Requires a ticket based on which stadium you work in.

      Cons

      Low Pay Incompetent management Promotions based on how much you suck up as opposed to talent or results Horrendous Benefits Excpetions for which employees can work for partners. Non-Compete forces you out of indusry
