      Pros

      It's pretty simple. I've been here close to 7 years, and there is a reason for it. No, it's not the money (but it's nice). You spend more time at work than you do with your life partner, children, or friends. when you spend that amount of time with the right people it makes it all worth while. Benefits are great, more so than other large Montreal based companies, I enjoy the work life balance, but with that I understand as a leader in the company I may need to complete a task after the kids have gone to bed. You need to give a little to get a little. Insight has given me many opportunities to advance my career, they even paid for schooling to do so, and I'm being given the chance to go back to school to enhance my skill set for a second time, how many companies do that? A few notes: Great Paid Training Indoor parking Amazing Café with good food Benefits are fantastic Gorgeous building But, its the people it's all about the people.

      Cons

      I don't see any cons, I do understand that for anything worthwhile in life you need to work hard to get it.

      Pros

      Fun, energetic work environment. Company values are constantly promoted. Strong focus on health and wellness of teammates. Numerous ways to be recognized by peers, leaders and partners. Lots of perks and opportunity to learn and grow.

      Compensation in some roles needs to be adjusted
