Management is very reactive vs. proactive in terms of strategy. Employees are referred to as "head count" rather than human beings.

We have built our team on our values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony and offer a well-rounded leadership and management training courses to support our leaders. As a result, we have found that our teammates give positive ratings of their leadership team and managers in our quarterly satisfaction surveys. We are also scheduled to roll-out a robust 360-degree feedback for all managers to ensure we offer an additional opportunity for our teammates to have a voice with our leaders.
