      Pros

      Good benefits, good salaries; casual environment, supportive co-workers. They support local communities. Great collaboration with my boss and co-workers.

      Cons

      Can be too corporate; not a lot of advancement or cross department/division opportunities.

      Pros

      A really great team that was, in my experience, well managed and motivated. Good working environment with lots of opportunities. Middle and senior management really seemed to care about the staff, and as a result people were loyal and motivated.

      Cons

      Not much really. The basic salary was rather poor I suppose. Some of the software systems in use were not great. There were a few hoops to jump through, but nothing that you would not find at any company this size. They did run out of parking spaces while I was there though!
