Thank you for recognizing our amazing teammates and fun culture we have at Insight. Regarding merit increases, we do provide annual increases to our teammates and they are tied to performance. As it relates to health care, over the past few years we have invested in wellness solutions for our teammates. This investment includes a competitive insurance plan, a Health Savings Account, an on-site health center in Arizona, one preferred network in Chicago, along with a variety of other wellness initiatives. One of our focuses is to ensure our teammates have access to resources they need to keep themselves and their families healthy. We appreciate the feedback and your time for writing a review.

Pros

Good pay and usually a good work/life balance.

Cons

Management would hear anything negative and immediately take actions rather than analyzing both sides of a story. Bad Medical benefits.

We are happy to hear you found good pay and work/life balance at Insight. Regarding health care, we have invested in wellness solutions for our teammates over the past years. This investment includes a competitive insurance plan, a Health Savings Account, an on-site health center in Arizona, one preferred network in Chicago, along with a variety of other wellness initiatives. In addition, in 2016, we drastically changed our prescription drug coverage to ensure our teammates aren’t required to hit a deductible for certain maintenance medications. One of our many focuses is to ensure our teammates have access to resources they need to keep themselves and their families healthy. We take feedback seriously and I have provided your review to our HR team. We appreciate your review.

Most dysfunctional company I ever worked for and am glad to have left.

Pros

If you want to only work 30 hrs a week and have no accountability this is the place for you. If you like a laid back atmosphere with passive management and little motivation this is a great place to be. If you are ok with no upward mobility or merit increases this is a great company for you.

Cons

If you want to be challenged and drive the business and collaborate this is the wrong company for you. A lot of political in fighting and paranoia in the management ranks. If you don't work in Tempe and constantly report up you will be expendable. Terrible benefits and 401K vesting. Very amateur leadership in most areas top to bottom. Market leaders are mostly retreads or fist timers. No real training or career planning or support.
