      Pros

      Good people. Although many are leaving to actual get paid a better wage

      Cons

      Executives do not have a clear picture of there employees needs and try to put processing in place to frustrate the employees from trying to ask questions. The goal is to pay the employees less and push out the long standing employees.

      Many capabilities under one brand. Access to customers through var channel. Decent brand recognition.

      Continued reorganization and changing goals. Leadership changes in direction, Changing accounts for reps in the field breaks momentum for customers and employees.
