      Pros

      Easy going staff and work environment, flexible hours of work, competitive wage, good new executive leadership, willing to change internal business practices to aid team members success.

      Cons

      Bloated middle management with still a sense of cronyism and nepotism festering. Health coverage not competitive. Money and profitability come second nature to business image and client satisfaction.

      Thank you for your review. There are a lot great reasons be part of the team and a common response is the great team and work culture. Regarding health and wellness, over the past few years, we have invested in various health care solutions for our teammates. This investment includes a competitive insurance plan, a Health Savings Account, an on-site health center in Arizona along with a numerous of other wellness initiatives. One of our efforts is to ensure our teammates have the resources they need to keep themselves and their families healthy.

      Wish they were busy enough to hire my contract team. They are growing so hopefully that will change

      Great people and opportunity

      Pros

      Variety of work is great. You get to deal with huge clients as well as small ones. The range keeps it interesting and forces you to always be learning and keeping skills sharp. If you want to change it up the company is large enough that there are ways to move to any department/group.

      Cons

      Project assignments can be very last minute so some may find that a con. Project managers are spotty, some are rock stars while others could use some improvement. It can make projects difficult.
