      The company was recently purchased by Insight which provides a good opportunity to grow more quickly, creating more opportunity for employees and potentially.

      Cons

      A lot of change is happening and the organization is challenged to execute on all of the plans that exist. Company also is very HQ focused, so if not in Boston, a person may feel disconnected.

      Solid Company. Hours with Projects. No projects no hours.

      Projects slow down. Communication. Watch for over zealous contractors.

      Working for Insight presents a opportunity to explore the IT environment first hand. They offer the opportunity if you are truly driven to create a job that could become very fulfilling,

      Cons

      Often you will run into employees that are taking up a job that should have been removed years ago. You will also see that the management is very top heavy at the VP level.
