Great exposure to new technologies, fun work environment, great team projects

Cons

Low pay, a lot expected, and very little movement inside the company, must be in the right political circle to move.

Pros

Insight hires and draws an amazing pool of talent. Their push into becoming a "global DMR/VAR" allows for many opportunities to grow.

Cons

Training is poor for new sales staff, nonexistent for support and management roles. Profitability of the company dictates staffing levels. Large scale layoffs have occurred frequently. Often announces new initiatives prior to thinking staffing and support issues through.

Cons

Executive/upper management decision making. Comp plan changes to make quarterly stock goals. Not enough help to advance.
