      Pros

      They pay was pretty decent and so was the laptop I received. Other than that I cant think of any other pros.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and room for advancement. My direct manager had no technical background.

      Great company for getting into sales

      Pros

      Lots of entry level openings and opportunity. Some career growth and training. Uncapped commissions.

      Cons

      Systems are horrible. Sales support is atrocious. Most non-sales people are paid near the bottom of industry average and therefore are often mediocre, apathetic, overworked, and indifferent. Reps and clients are impacted negatively by these factors daily and upper management is either unaware or complicit in this lack luster environment.
