      Great learning experience, lots of events for employees like barbeques, theme parks, free breakfast

      Cons

      Underpaid, overworked, strict coporate policy. Micromanaging and lots of politics. No sense of job security

      Internal promotion. Opportunity to get involved and interact with company leaders and decision makers.

      Cons

      Bonuses structured poorly. Capped incentive and low bonus ceiling for PM department halts motivation for larger growth.
