      Pros

      Good vacation time. Lots of good people in the lower level positions.

      Cons

      Management does not care about their employees. If you ever have an issues they will make your life difficult. You have to be in each position for a year before you can apply for another one (that includes more Sr. Level jobs/promotions). No raises only Merit increases once a year and not even that if management does not think you should get one. You can be put on a Performance Plan for anything even if they have no grounds or proof of poor behavior.

      Working from Home Fast Paced Great Salary and Commission Plan Great Direct Manager

      Cons

      Direct Managers do not micro manage but they are micro managed by the top managers Inconsistent Market Strategy Diluted product expertise of AEs by having them try to sell everything

      Pros

      Wellness and work life balance is decent for what that is worth. The company could learn from other technology firms and establish better communication to employees. It is a sales driven organization that only rewards sales and marketing departments year round.

      Cons

      Management, lack of vision across all departments and providing "insight" from top of ladder to bottom of ladder. Lack of communication to employees is seen from day one on he job.
