      Relatively Stable. Hybrid position last 3 years

      Cons

      Below industry standard pay. Non-defined responsibilities and constantly changing metrics. "Clique" culture. Incredibly expensive health benefits.

      Pros

      Everyone at Insight is super nice, willing to help, etc. Always really like my coworkers and management and leadership.

      Cons

      You're selling a lot to be paid so little. You have to be old to be in any important role, and you really are just a small fish in a large pond. I hit my quota quarter after quarter, and was never happy with what I was paid

      There are better IT consulting companies out there

      Pros

      Prior to the change in leadership, I actually used to enjoy my job. We had diversity, cultural events, supportive leadership, and opportunity for personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      With the change in leadership many diverse teammates left, others have been struggling to get a promotion or recognition and there's been an obvious shift in diversity and prioritization of people over work. There are better IT consulting companies out there that pay people their worth and treat their employees with care and respect.
