Pros
Save yourself the trouble stay away far away they don't back up anything they say you have no support work 24/7 no days off always working
Cons
What the say in theory does not translate to to the store. Enourmous changes since I started for the worse worried about making money to open more stores than the people in the stores doing the work. Your area managers will not stick up for the store or manager so when the manager gets burnt out ..Promote a shift leader to run the store and brag about promoting from within. Sure they don't have to pay you what an experienced manager can bring to the store. An experienced manager don't waste your time ..Pay is horrible - half what you can make somewhere else, benefits suck high medical no dental minimal vision 401k laughable what they match you can find a better mutual funds rate or vanguard then what they offer. Took away phone, laptops to do your job..Mind you they keep extended store hours to make more money..9 am to 3am day off they have an issue you not only have to answer your phone you have to fix it your expected too day off someone calls off you go in work during the day driver calls off you drive and get no tips and not reimburse for your gas which happens all the time bc majority of people are college kids.you have no life .Can't drink on your day off bc have to go in to deliver called anytime of the day any day regardless if your day to work your required to work 2 closing shifts through the weekend days another day work because the want to make more money the area managers sends countless email to remind you to turn in schedule, orders, end of week report if your experienced manager you shouldn't have to be reminded but you have a problem the area manager does not respond or takes forever to respond and gives a vague answer. Make a mistake the area managers boss and COO will send countless emails demanding why the mistake happened but offer no advice to fix or prevent in the future answer wrong to the COO he will continue badgering you for your mistake and sometimes call you out to the whole company. And you voice your opinion or make a suggestion he does not like he will berate you in front of the whole company and the CEO says nothing but wants to talk about family.. is that how you treat your family? Not mine . Training there is none you have a young company inexperienced workforce should have training on leadership teamwork motivation time management professionalism conflict resolution marketing social media office programs a true path to build management program instead of filling in gaps bc your desperate have an issue no hr to talk guess who is the COO has manager control issues managers under him concentrate on staying on his good side don't make decision don't stand up for their managers under them at the store level or they are vying for his job or creating a job to be a step closer to the COO
